i enjoyed this Norman; and i contend that all life is sentient, including virus, bacteria, and microbiomes. All parts of life are in dynamic bioenergetic communications amongst themselves. The fact that you are paying attention means you will notice that, while the comatose and distracted will not. How fortunate to live somewhere where the rhythms and cycles of life are acknowledged and recognized.

I dont like that word virus its too ambiguous with people undertanding mold yea etc Brilliant and ill say it again Humans have an innate curiosity but something happened called wireless communication with a splash of conductive petrochemical cocktails on top. I have some surprising news coming soon. My fingers crossed.

excellent.

truth be told, i don't know what other word to use for "virus", i have no opinion of viruses since they changed the definitions.

a friend just told me about a probiotic she's considering that seems to be rockin the boat - when i looked it up, true to its name (as i decoded it), it was fungal; and can cause fungal side effects. Sheesh! BUT i don't take probiotics, so it's her deal and she can keep it.

I eat yogurt smoothies every day with LB bacteria i also have a ginger bug with LB bacteria and yeast daily. Beer mead allsorts. It's really important for your body to eat living things yeast if fermented with oxygen it's better ....cook it and eat it after the ferment has finished you can pour most of it out and leave the rest and start again. Brew with organic ingredients only

on the whole, i agree. Different strokes for different folks - Yogurt always worked for me. The other fizzy and fermented stuff upsets my system so not my thing, except maybe once in a while
